Enquiries and Tailored Quotes
Tours on this website are presented for information and enquiry purposes. A request submitted through WhatsApp, email, telephone or the website does not create an automatic booking or contract.
Arma Tur prepares an individual written proposal based on your requested date, number of guests, itinerary and services required. The proposal will state the included services, price, payment terms and applicable conditions.
Booking Confirmation
A tour is confirmed only after Arma Tur has provided written confirmation and the payment requirements stated in the individual proposal have been fulfilled.
Payments
Depending on the agreed service, payment may be made by POS, an individual card-payment link, bank transfer or cash. The payment method, amount and deadline are confirmed individually before payment is requested.
Changes and Cancellations
Terms for changes, cancellation and any applicable refund are confirmed individually in writing before payment, taking into account the selected date, group size, itinerary and third-party services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for holding the travel documents, visas, permissions or insurance required for their journey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
